Please Note: Service supplier companies (those that provide any service related to the restaurant industry) must exhibit or sponsor in order to attend the NFSSC Annual Conference and Exposition. If you have questions about your company designation, please contact Jim Forlenza.

Dress
Business casual attire is recommended for all conference activities.

Hotel Reservations
The 2010 Annual meeting will take place at the newly renovated Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch.  Special room rates of $119/night are being reserved for NFSSC participants. Click here to make your Hotel Reservations now.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a cancellation is requested by June 13, 2010, NFSSC will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 10% per registration. If a cancellation is requested between June 14, 2010 and July 11, 2010, the NFSSC will process a refund in the same manner that the registration payment was made, less a processing fee of 50% per registration. Cancellation requests received after July 12, 2010 are non-refundable. Registered attendees may transfer their registrations to another individual from the same company at any time. All cancellation and transfer requests must be sent in writing.

Charity Baseball Night
Monday, August 2, 7:00pm, Busch Stadium
Join all NFSSC registrants at the Bank off America Club for an evening of baseball, food and drink.  Sit in our reserved section to watch the Cardinals vs. the Astros, or mingle in the private club with friends and colleagues.  A $25 charity donation is required.
